At KELLY RISSI, every order is prepared with care and attention before making its way to you.

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery.

SHIPPING

  • Lebanon: Orders within Lebanon are delivered through Wakilni and shipped free of charge.
  • International: International orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and volumetric weight.

As a guide, average international shipping rates are:

  • Middle East: $25-$30 USD
  • Europe: $35-$45 USD
  • Other destinations: $40-$50 USD

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Each KELLY RISSI shoe is carefully prepared and may require 10 to 21 business days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Middle East: 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 4-5 business days
  • Other destinations: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated at checkout.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure that your delivery details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional delivery, return, or re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Every KELLY RISSI creation is made to order with care. For this reason, all purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only when the purchased size does not fit.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and are limited exclusively to another size of the same design, subject to availability.

We do not offer exchanges for a different design, style, colour, or product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable
  • Be exchanged for another size of the same design
  • Be returned within the 48-hour exchange period

Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging or tags, where applicable, are not eligible for exchange.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

All shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the original item to KELLY RISSI, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement size.

Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by KELLY RISSI. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service and ensuring that the item is securely packaged.

If an item is lost, damaged, or otherwise compromised during return shipping, the exchange may not be completed.

Once received, the item will be inspected by our team. If it meets the exchange conditions above, the replacement size will be processed, subject to availability.

FINAL SALE

All approved exchanges are limited to the same design in a different size. We do not offer exchanges for changes of preference, different designs, different styles, or different products.
