As our shoes are crafted using natural and carefully selected materials, subtle variations may occur and are part of the individual character of each creation.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
KELLY RISSI reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at its discretion.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order through the Services, you submit a request to purchase the selected product or products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by KELLY RISSI.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the selected design, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted. Any exception is entirely at the discretion of KELLY RISSI.
KELLY RISSI reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be successfully processed, or an error has occurred in the product information or pricing.
All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Exchanges Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal use and may not be resold or commercially redistributed without prior written authorization from KELLY RISSI.
4. PRICES & BILLING
All prices displayed on the Services are in USD, unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed with your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
KELLY RISSI accepts Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods made available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders within Lebanon are delivered through Wakilni. International orders are shipped through DHL.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. KELLY RISSI is not responsible for additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
6. EXCHANGES
All KELLY RISSI purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Exchanges are accepted only where the purchased size does not fit and are limited to another size of the same design.
We do not offer exchanges for a different design, style, colour, or product.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be completely unworn and in its original condition
- Be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable
- Be exchanged for another size of the same design
- Be returned within the applicable exchange period
- Be subject to availability of the requested size
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging or tags, where applicable, are not eligible for exchange.
All shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement size.
KELLY RISSI reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including the KELLY RISSI name, trademarks, logos, product names, photography, imagery, text, graphics, videos, product descriptions, website design, and overall presentation, is owned by or licensed to KELLY RISSI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without prior written permission from KELLY RISSI.

Where an error materially affects an order, KELLY RISSI reserves the right to contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel or amend the affected order, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Exchanges Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and KELLY RISSI regarding your use of the Services.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
18. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of KELLY RISSI. KELLY RISSI may assign or transfer its rights and obligations where permitted by applicable law.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
KELLY RISSI shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, telecommunications or power failures, epidemics, pandemics, or other comparable events.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

KELLY RISSI may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on the Services.
